As podcasting has grown, more podcast studios have sprouted up in cities across America. The newest is coming to podcast studio hotbed Washington, D.C. where the communications and public relations firm Nahigian Strategies is teaming up with the property developer Carr Companies to build a new media production center that will focus not only on podcast production services but also on radio and television.
In an announcement, the developers say they’ve seen a “surging popularity of podcasts” and they hope to appeal not only to big media companies but also take advantage of a growing number of individuals that are creating their own content.
